Substitute and Seasonal Teachers
Karolina Kania
Hi, my name is Karolina and I’ve been at Artisan since December of 2020 as a part time teacher. I currently attend UMass Lowell, where I am pursing my nursing degree. I hope to one day be a pediatric nurse because I love working with kids. Artisan has helped me realize that a career with children is definitely for me because I love seeing all of them learn new things and I love seeing how each child is unique. Helping them learn new skills and even to walk is so rewarding and I absolutely love working at Artisan.
Samantha Brown
Hello! My name is Samantha and I started at Artisan in 2019. I currently attend Franklin Pierce University in Rindge New Hampshire, studying Psychology. I started off my childcare experience being an extra set of hands at a family member’s daycare, and I loved every aspect of working with the children. I then got accepted into the Northeast Metro Tech Early Education Program where my love and passion for the young child’s growth and development blossomed. Through this, I graduated with my Preschool and Infant-Toddler Certifications. My favorite aspect of working with children is that every day is something new and exciting. Some fun facts about me are: I LOVE anything S'more's flavored, I am great at baking and cooking, my favorite color is maroon and I love to do yoga with children.

Jenna Peltier
Hi! I’m Jenna and I joined the Artisan family this year! I’m a part time teacher in the Beethoven room.
My favorite thing about working at Artisan is being able to see the kids grow a little each day and being able to help support them through these important beginning stages of their lives! I am a current high school senior at Woburn high and am looking forward to Studying nursing next year, as I hope to become a NICU nurse.
Some of my previous childcare experience includes working with elementary school aged children at the Boys and Girls Club my sophomore and junior year. I also work as an Assistant figure skating coach to beginners at Learn to Figure Skate and have been since I was in the eighth grade. I have had the opportunity to teach toddlers as well as older kids how to ice skate.
Outside of Artisan and school I enjoy spending time with friends and family, photography, being outdoors, and playing with my puppy, Jax. I have a love for music and movement, whether through skating, dancing, or just being active, and try to incorporate that into the classroom in any ways that I can!
