Our Staff: Toddler Teachers
Stephanie Ciccarelli
Hello! My name is Ms. Stephanie, and I recently joined the Artisan team in February 2021. I graduated from Wheaton College in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. During my first job out of college I worked as an assistant teacher at a daycare with a variety of age groups. Since then, I have become teacher certified and have been working as a Lead Toddler Teacher. I absolutely love working with children of all ages, especially toddlers. It is so rewarding to make connections with my students and watch them learn and grow during our time together. I love reading and singing songs with children and encouraging them to have fun and be creative.
Haley Buck
Hello! My name is Haley, and I am both excited and proud to call Artisan my new home. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Child Advocacy with a minor in Psychology. It is a goal of mine to become a youth social worker. I am very passionate about helping others and being a youth social worker will allow me to do just that.
I have worked in early childcare for the past six years with children between the ages of six weeks and five years of age. I believe it is my job as a teacher to create a positive and safe environment for children to explore their curiosities and grow. Some of my favorite activities I enjoy doing most with children are science experiments, imaginative play, and singing. I have also found that some of the best activities are the messiest activities!
In my free time I enjoy all things outdoors, including golfing, hiking, camping, and fishing. I also love cooking new recipes, spending time with family, and snuggling with my beagle Luna.
Narcy Ortega
Hi, I am Ms. Narcy! I recently joined Artisan in November of 2019. I’m eager to further my knowledge and grow as a teacher here at Artisan, and plan to further my education in the field in coming semesters. I feel truly excited to work with the infant-toddler age group. Being able to watch them grow and interact is something I’m so excited to see and look forward to each and every day. I love being able to bond and connect with our friends and their families. As a teacher it is so exciting to be able to see the children gain more skills day by day! When I am not working I enjoy going hiking with friends, and spending time with my loved ones and my dog and bird!”
